This Build and Conversion was a turnkey project, which was fully completed within 4 weeks. By obtaining an exact brick match, the aesthetics was matched and a continuity was maintained with the build. The Conversion allowed the client to have the much needed office space whilst still allowing them to have the garage space.
Brant Road, Lincoln
This Retaining Wall consisted of demolishing the existing garden wall and rebuilding a new retaining wall in keeping with the aesthetics of the house bricks. Utilising the area, we removed 1 set of steps to maximise the paved area the best we could, still allowing access to the garden.
Wragby Road, Lincoln
This project design allowed the existing load bearing walls to be removed, installing 3 steel beams and 1 steel post to allow for the kitchen and dining area to be full open planned. A new block wall was built to divide the new utility room from the kitchen, with a doorway leading from the hallway. Some features of this new kitchen/dining area consist of: Underfloor Heating, Bi Folding Doors - Allowing plenty of natural light into the room.

We rebuilt 2 pillars and a dividing wall between the property due to the existing wall being unsafe. The pier caps were re used which kept the character of the wall, finishing off with a Western Red Cedar gate and fence.

The internal render was removed due to incorrect materials being used. All affected walls were stripped back to brickwork and a Breathaplasta Adaptavate Universal was applied. This is a lime render suitable for most period properties with lime mortar, where no cavity is present. This allows the substrate to breath.

We completely stripped the old polycarbonate roof and upgraded the roof to a warm roof, with insulation in-between the rafters and plastering the internal.

This was a turnkey project which was undertaken over a 4 week duration from start to completion. Due to severe ongoing damp issues, we excavated the ground floor and re constructed the floor as a solid construction with hardcore, sand blinding, dpm, concrete, dpm, insulation, dpm and screed. We undertook a full injected DPC to the perimeter, re rendering the internal walls in lime, all skirting boards fitted with new carpets throughout the ground floor.
