We work under all JCT, NEC and homeowner contracts and can take the Principal Designer role under D&B contracts as well as CDP to assist with CDM regulations.
We are Construction Line Gold Members as well as CHAS accredited, and we are currently working towards our ISO9001 & ISO14001. Working to these standards shows our commitment to our approach within Health and Safety, and Quality Management within Belvin. Due to the location of The Duke of Wellington pub we had to approach this with timed deliveries in and out as the volume of traffic never reduces throughout the day. We implemented a system with our suppliers that was actioned on site to minimise disruption on the roads.
An extension right in the middle of our primary school, with limited access, to create an office, sensory room and learning space.
The thoughtful design and attention to detail throughout will make this an ideal environment for our new training centre, supporting people with learning disabilities to thrive and grow.
