The project consisted of an existing shell only of a warehouse to be converted into office, secure storage facilities, open warehouse storage and welfare facilities. Wave provided the following trades and managed the project to completion: Planning and building control liaison, demolition and waste removal, groundworks, painting and decorating, masonry package, Floor Laying, Carpentry, External door and windows installation, Suspended ceiling installation, full Mechanical and Electrical package including Air conditioning, ventilation, UFH, electric heating, mains distribution, primary containment, Data installations, CCTV, Fire alarm, Intruder alarm Solar PV, mastic and sealants, cleaning and ongoing maintenance package.
