ThamesWey Group is an independent limited company with over 27 years of experience delivering sustainable housing, energy and development projects across Woking and Surrey. Founded in 1999, we were built on the principle that sustainability and commercial success are not in conflict, they reinforce each other. We manage over 1,400 homes, provide low carbon energy services and develop sustainable communities across the region. We have always believed that doing the right thing for the communities we serve and running a successful business go hand in hand.

We have found that to be true. Our energy division was created to drive the long term strategy of sustainable energy infrastructure investment within the borough and beyond, with a view to achieving significant reductions in carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions. We do this through the generation, distribution and supply of sustainable, low-carbon and renewable energy to public, commercial and domestic users in our borough and beyond. Operating since 1999, we have significant experience in the development, delivery and management of low-carbon decentralised energy to around 100 public and private sector customers in and around the borough and in Milton Keynes, and nearly 1,200 domestic users, with those numbers set to increase over the coming years.

As a private landlord with around 1,400 properties, from town-centre studio apartments to more rural five-bedroom family homes, we provide high-quality, safe and professionally managed homes for residents across Woking, Surrey and Hampshire. Providing homes is central to our purpose. We deliver homes that support individual wellbeing and the resilience of the wider community.
