Comprehensive redevelopment of Black Horse Farm, transforming the site to enhance the caravan and motorhome experience for members while improving operational efficiency and sustainability. The project included the demolition and reconstruction of the existing toilet block, the creation of new fully serviced pitches, and the construction of a new access road to improve vehicle movement throughout the site. The new toilet block was designed with sustainability at its core, incorporating solar PV panels and an air source heat pump.
