Petchey Holdings is a privately owned property company founded by Sir Jack Petchey CBE, with its headquarters in London's Docklands. The company manages a substantial commercial portfolio, encompassing over 4 million sq. ft.

of industrial properties, alongside a significant Central London Residential portfolio comprising more than 350 flats, primarily located in prime West London areas such as Kensington, Chelsea, and Westminster. While primarily an active asset manager, Petchey Holdings also engages in joint venture development projects. These collaborations involve working with various partners, including developers and architects, to bring to fruition multiple housing/apartment developments and mixed-use schemes.

The company's current strategic focus is on expanding its industrial portfolio by acquiring investments within London and the South East, with recent acquisitions spanning London, Surrey, Essex, Kent, and Sussex. Since 2013, the Group has successfully acquired over 100 properties and remains highly active in this market. Beyond its property ventures, Sir Jack Petchey CBE is also the patron of the Jack Petchey Foundation, a separate registered charity dedicated to supporting good causes for young people across London and Essex, with annual donations exceeding £10 million.
