Erect Steel Fencing

Reservoir works - Bristol

To remove existing steel fencing and reinstall new Cheshire estate fencing. This project required a high level of environmental awareness due to the potential impacts within a SSSI area. The steel fencing was erected by carrying out numerous core holes along the area specified, maintaining high health and safety procedures due to public areas and deep water. P&A carried out this work on several reservoir sites and received great feedback from both client and general public.

Reinforced Concrete Bunding/ Concrete Formwork/ Steel Mesh Reinforcement

P&A have a civils framework contract within the utilities industry where several projects have been carried out for concrete foundations and bunding. The projects have included the initial stages of ground investigation ie. live cables and hazardous chemical lines with the latest up to date cable avoidance equipment. The projects have then included all formwork/ shuttering/ steel reinforcement and concrete finishing.

V-Mesh Fencing

Cheddar Reservoir

P&A Groundworks have just completed a section of V Mesh fencing covering over 460mtrs for one of our clients, Bristol water. This project needed to be sensitive to its surroundings due to the area falling under SSSI which needed to conform to natural England. This was backed up by a project that ran for almost six months prior, which consisted of maintenance and repair works to the structural walls of the reservoir and the areas adjacent. The works completed were under an ongoing contract P&A have with the client.
