EJ McGrath Construction was founded in 2007 and remains family-run. We deliver drainage, reinforced concrete, surfacing, infrastructure and stone masonry for main contractors, consultants and public-sector clients. We specialise in complex, live environments, secure sites, tidal and coastal works, highways and restricted-access locations, where safe sequencing and programme certainty matter most.
The works are self-delivered by our own experienced teams using CDM-compliant, QA-led methods, so accountability stays in one place from start to finish. We self-deliver each discipline with our own teams and plant, keeping the programme, the interfaces and the safety under one roof. This includes drainage & utilities, reinforced concrete, groundworks & earthworks, surfacing & external works, infrastructure, and vacuum excavation.
Our in-house T-VAC 2 vac-ex unit excavates quickly and safely around live services, no destructive hand-digging. It's delivered on our own transport and run by our own teams, so it's available exactly when the programme needs it.
