We have provided maintenance and repair services to a number of Local Authorities for over 20 years, in addition to works on heritage and listed buildings around Sloane Square and Sloane Street on behalf of our clients. Coleherne Court Internal Refurbishment

The internal refurbishment of this prestigious mansion block comprised of asbestos removal within the existing lift shaft, a full electrical re-wire and new fire alarm system, the removal and replacement of the lift cart, suspended ceiling and plasterboard installations throughout all five floors, feature timber wall paneling, new plaster cornice installations to match the existing moulding, the overhaul of all windows and associated ironmongery, new bespoke flooring, plastering, wallpaper stripping, French polishing to the entrance doors of the premises and redecorations.

White City Fit Out Works

White City, East London

CAT, A fit out works to the 3rd floor of an occupied, 9-storey office block, transforming it into a vibrant and visually engaging open-plan workspace. This involved removing parts of the existing plasterboard to expose the concrete columns, constructing new full-height partitions (including glazed and folding partitioning), and delivering new acoustic insulation and drywall partition system. New mechanical systems were installed, including adaptation of existing domestic hot & cold water/LTHW pipework, new chilled fan coil units and secondary ductwork. New electrical systems included new high-level containment, small power, fire alarm and Wi-fi points, new audio systems and Halo light fittings. Acoustic wall panelling and ceiling baffles, new ironmongery and timber joinery, a new 'j-pull' style kitchen, tea points and breakfast bar style dining area, and photoluminescent Fire Safety signage were also installed. Finishes included carpet floor tiles and roller blinds, with decorations throughout to the concrete columns and new plasterboard metal-stud partitions.
