Founded in 1967 by our chairman, Seamus McAleer and joined by our chief Executive, Eamonn Laverty in 1972, McAleer & Rushe as a family business has grown into one of the UK's leading Design & Build Contractors. MRP is the property development and investment division of McAleer & Rushe.
MRP focuses on the creation and management of high quality office, hotel, student and residential accommodation throughout the UK & Ireland, operating from offices in London, Belfast, Dublin and Cookstown. The development programme of the business is valued at £2bn of which £350m is currently under construction, with assets under management valued at £500m producing an income of £20m per annum.
