L Screeding is a family-run business with over sixteen years of experience in screeding and underfloor heating. We handle all aspects of screed, self-levelling compounds, and underfloor heating systems, ensuring all floors are laser-levelled. Our expertise covers both commercial and domestic projects, and we pride ourselves on maintaining a 5-star rating by delivering projects on time, efficiently, and to the customer's exact specifications.
We offer a wide range of sand and cement screeds, including rapid set, 7-day curing, fibre-reinforced, and SBR screeds, which can be pumped or wheelbarrowed to suit site logistics. Flowing screeds are also available, which can be installed up to 100% quicker than traditional sand and cement screeds and are ideal for underfloor heating systems, installed from 20mm above the pipes. Latex and levelling compounds are used for minimal build-up, popular on refurbishments, and can be installed from featheredge to 40mm.
Underfloor heating is increasingly popular for both new builds and refurbishments. It can be installed under existing floorboards, minimising disruption. We are CSCS registered, fully insured, and offer competitive rates with quality service guaranteed.
