1930's 2 bed detached house renovation
A 1930's detached house was transformed from a two-bedroom property to a five-bedroom home, increasing the footprint from 150m2 to 260m2. The project involved significant demolition and rebuilding, incorporating structural challenges with masonry and steel construction to accommodate a cinema, playroom, snug, and open-plan kitchen/dining area. The design respected the local area and utilized natural materials like oak and stone.
