Led by directors Jacqui Smith, a specialist in dementia-friendly design with professional SBID membership since 2012, and David Smith, a former cabinet maker with over 30 years of experience, the team brings a blend of practical expertise and design flair. Jacqui's background includes extensive healthcare design experience and courses from Stirling University and Hammond Care, while David's skills encompass CAD, furniture design, and project management. Jenna Gale, as Project Co-ordinator, ensures smooth operations, managing schedules, orders, and client liaison.

The company offers a comprehensive service, guiding clients through design concepts, detailed designs, and FF&E schedules. They can fully coordinate projects from procurement through to fit-out and dressing, or offer a dressing-only service for clients managing their own procurement. Their process is flexible, involving initial discussions, fee proposals, site surveys, and detailed design presentations, ensuring a collaborative approach tailored to client needs.
