Full refurbishment to a 1880s terraced house with the addition of a four-story, 250 sqm extension, featuring elegant architectural elements such as fair-faced in-situ concrete with a complex double-curved entrance, all produced in-house by IC&T. Reinstating an 1840s property, previously subdivided into six dwellings, back into a single 9-bedroom family home. Works included extensive structural alterations, a full refurbishment, a substantial rear extension, new loft rooms, and the conversion of the flat roof for use as a terrace. The joinery package involved replacing all doors and windows and reconfiguring fenestration to reflect the building's original design intent.
Full refurbishment and rear extension on a Grade II-listed property, featuring a large round skylight. Bespoke elements were used for the exterior brickwork and arch.
