Steve started Howard's Way in 1988 with a vision of someday passing it on. He learned his trade as an apprentice mason paver with Barnsley Council before working in the coal mines and then starting his own building and landscaping business. His son, Tom, joined him full-time after completing his electrical engineering qualifications.
In 2020, Tom took a more active lead, pushing the business forward with a full team of workers, including an apprentice, and his wife Keeley managing administration. We offer a wide range of services, including garden design, landscape installation, hardscaping, and maintenance advice. From simple garden renovations to complete outdoor transformations, we can help you achieve the perfect outdoor space for your home or business.
Our team of experienced professionals will work closely with you to understand your vision and develop a plan that meets your needs and fits within your budget. We use only the highest quality materials and the latest techniques to ensure that your garden will be beautiful and long-lasting. Howard's Way also has a division for rental properties and building affordable homes to help with the housing shortage.
