KDS Construction was formed primarily to serve the steel industry in South Yorkshire over 30 years ago, giving us a unique understanding and experience of working in and around dangerous environments. Since then, we have grown as a business and branched out into multiple sectors of heavy, developmental, and commercial industry. At KDS, we sit down with every client to understand these requirements so that any construction work you require causes the least amount of disruption to your production.

We offer a full main contracting service and are widening our scope all the time. We can safely take a project from pre-construction through to final completion and handover. We self-execute the majority of our work, which allows us to maintain a high standard of quality and efficiency. Our team is highly experienced in industrial, commercial, and residential underground drainage and ducting, ensuring the highest quality of installation.

We also specialise in reinforced concrete foundations, with over 30 years of experience. Our services extend to hardstanding projects, including associated works such as drainage, kerbing, formwork, and reinforcing, offering a turn-key service. We also assist with the installation of new machinery and the construction of bund walls for hazardous liquid storage, adhering to CIRIA standards. KDS has experience in delivering projects for flood defence, providing full assistance throughout the tendering process, and offering advice and solutions for private residential, businesses, and councils.
