A collection of 5 bespoke apartments in London's vibrant East Finchley district. Construction completed in November 2020 and all 5 properties sold off plan. Interiors reflect Hiltongrove's dedication to thoughtful and progressive design. The Cottage at the forefront of Church Lane Studios completed in Summer 2021 and sold within the first few weeks of breaking ground.

Hiltongrove acquired the 17.5 acre former industrial paper mill in August 2018 to pioneer a ground-breaking, mixed-use, eco village, setting a nationwide precedent for green urban living, delivering an outstanding, low-carbon development of up to 700 new homes including student accommodation, supported by retail, leisure and a vibrant night-time economy. The design team includes BFF Architects, Buro Happold, BPTW, CBRE Real Estate, Gleeds, Wilde Consulting, Homes England, Simkins LLP, ThermoHouse, Mattioli Woods and Cumbria University. Barrow's local stakeholders include, but not limited to, BAE Systems PLC employees/apprentices/contractors, the Royal Navy, new Cumbria University campus students, overseas ship builders and healthcare staff. Phase 1 will comprise of 145 units.
