Stoke-On-Trent
A 1.25 million sq ft mixed use business and resident district set to be delivered in the heart of the city. Phase I commenced in 2013, with Nos 1 & 2 Smithfield (200,000 sq ft of Grade A offices) completed in 2015. Funding was secured for the next phase comprising 151 build to rent apartments and a 140 bed Hilton Garden Inn. The Hilton Garden Inn Stoke opened in 2020, and the build to rent scheme Clayworks also opened.

Rochdale Town Centre Regeneration
Rochdale
Genr8 Rochdale, a joint venture with Kajima, completed its development agreement with Rochdale Council. £80 million funding was secured with M&G Investments for the Rochdale Riverside retail and leisure complex, which commenced construction in 2018 and completed in 2020. The Upperbanks phase, including BTR Apartments and a Hampton By Hilton, also completed in 2023.
