FRV TH Powertek Limited is a joint venture formed by FRV, a global Independent Power Producer (IPP), and TH Power, a leading UK renewable energy project developer. The company's primary objective is to develop, construct, and operate a significant portfolio of battery energy storage system (BESS) projects across the United Kingdom. This ambitious venture aims to reach up to 1GW in capacity over the next five years, with an estimated aggregate investment of GBP 1 billion, contributing significantly to the UK's transition to a Net Zero economy.

FRV brings extensive global experience in renewable energy solutions, operating across five continents and founded in Spain in 2006. It has a substantial presence in the UK, with existing projects in operation and under development, and its London hub serves as a Centre of Excellence for Battery Energy Storage Systems. FRV also plans to expand into other renewable projects like PV, Wind, and Green Hydrogen in the UK.
