FQ Contractors undertook work to make the listed property safe and performed essential repairs under English Heritage requirements.

Construction required deep piling and comprised an RC frame construction. The project consists of four single-bedroom flats, twenty-two-bedroom flats, and three three-bedroom flats, together with landscaping.
