Executive Properties was formed in 1982 by the late Mr Xenophon Protopapas and existing director Mr Michael Votsis. The company has focused on steady property investments and developments to date. Executive Properties hold mixed commercial and residential property assets in North and central London.

The day-to-day operation of the company is overseen by managing director Socrates Protopapas, company director Michael Votsis, Chrysanthos Protopapas, Christos Votsis and Elina Ierotheou, with the assistance of a range of dedicated staff and sub-contractors. Through low levels of gearing, reinvestment and development, the company has built up substantial net equity within their portfolio. We are strong believers that suitable investments in the correct location can be maximised through efficient development schemes.

The company will always look to purchase wisely and only look to invest in property where value can be added, either through efficient management techniques or development. The company goal is to continue to purchase property and land in prime North and Central London locations, and look to expand our portfolio in the near and distant future.
