Evero Energy is a leading owner and operator of waste wood to energy plants in the UK, employing nearly 100 people across the country. The company diverts waste wood from landfill, transforming it into renewable electricity that powers homes and businesses. Their operations are focused on optimising efficiency, reducing downtime, and improving sustainability through a continuous improvement methodology.

Evero is at the forefront of developing Bioenergy with Carbon Capture and Storage (BECCS) technology. Their sector-leading BECCS projects aim to capture and store CO₂ while simultaneously producing low-carbon electricity. These projects are critical for helping the UK achieve its net-zero targets, with plans to deliver the UK's first engineered carbon removal credits on the Voluntary Carbon Market from 2030.

Their InBECCS project is listed as a priority project by the UK government and will connect to the HyNet carbon capture cluster for CO₂ transport and storage. The company operates three main sites: Lisahally Power Station, Ince Bio Power, and Mersey Bioenergy. Lisahally has generated over 1 million MW/h's, Ince Bio Power is one of the largest waste wood biomass facilities in the UK, and Mersey Bioenergy is a proposed location for carbon capture projects.

Evero also offers an asset management service covering operations, maintenance, and fuel supply for biomass plants.
