We do not charge a call-out fee and are available 5 days a week. Our services include full refurbishment, end-of-tenancy redecoration, kitchens, bathrooms, communal refurbishments, exterior and interior painting, floor coverings, carpets, plumbing works, and EICR Testing. We also offer property management services for single assets or full portfolios, assisting with day-to-day running and long-term strategies, ensuring tenants are supported and issues are resolved quickly.
