DC Green was founded by real estate professionals to solve a key problem in the renewable energy market: the lack of common knowledge between renewable energy providers and commercial real estate landlords. Our mission is to make renewable energy easily accessible to commercial property owners by providing a simple, transparent and financially viable solution that removes the complexity and risk typically associated with adopting solar energy. We deliver renewable heat and electricity on site using the latest technologies, including Solar PV, Battery Energy Storage, EMS, and Solar Thermal.

Our Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS) model is designed to scale, underwriting on a portfolio basis to spread risk and improve terms for our customers. We offer a turn-key solution, handling all operational and management matters, and possess the necessary generator licenses to invoice for green energy consumed on site. Our approach helps owners meet emerging ESG and energy performance requirements while strengthening tenant appeal and protecting future asset value.

We are focused on the Central European markets of Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia, with projects in the UK and other European markets considered on a case-by-case basis. Our EaaS model is particularly suited for landlords of multi-tenanted commercial real estate, especially low-density properties like retail shopping centres, retail parks, and logistics hubs, as well as single tenant, owner occupiers and industrial customers.
