Design & build construction of a bespoke low-rise studio. A low-carbon new build project for a repeat business client. SIPS timber framed building, with cantilever steel frame, sedium roof, internal courtyard, piled foundations. The site was very constrained and the site-set-up was located on the public highway for the duration of the project.
