This includes reviewing electricity bills, discussing load profiles, and identifying requirements for EV charging or battery storage, as well as eligibility for grants. For grid connections, XTRA Energy manages the application process with the Distribution Network Operator (DNO), ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. A detailed on-site survey assesses roof structure, orientation, shading, and electrical infrastructure.

Based on these findings, they design a tailored system using industry-standard modelling tools, covering array layout, inverter and battery selection, and generation forecasts, while adhering to Building Regulations and MCS standards. Installation is performed by qualified engineers in accordance with MCS and IET Wiring Regulations. Once complete, the system is commissioned, tested, and notified to the DNO, with the issuance of an MCS certificate and all necessary documentation provided to the client for effective operation and monitoring.
