Wynbrook was founded in 1986 and began as a small housing and development company. The business is now a well-established specialist in the design and build of bespoke award winning care homes, commercial developments and residential properties in locations across the Midlands. Based in Radcliffe-on-Trent, Nottingham, Wynbrook Homes continue to work in an ever increasingly competitive construction market. All Wynbrook divisions are personally managed by brothers, Mike and Steve Day. Every project benefits from their experience, insight and commitment to quality. We build each scheme, whether care home or residential, with consideration to the existing surroundings and always aim to achieve an aesthetically pleasing, quality development. Burton Upon Trent
A new build Care Home comprising of three floors of accommodation with 82 luxury bedrooms each with en-suites and one floor dedicated entirely to specialist dementia care. The home is laid out in a 'J' shape configuration and dining areas overlook the river, with the top floor having elevated vaulted ceilings and arch windows overlooking this aspect. The project due to its proximity to the river has required a piled foundation solution.
