About from company website
White Elm Joinery is a small, dedicated team based in Edinburgh, specialising in extensions, kitchens, loft conversions, and bespoke joinery. They pride themselves on delivering projects with a high level of one-to-one care, managing the entire process from the initial drawing to the final coat of paint. Their approach ensures clients have a single trusted contact and team to manage all trades involved.
The company was founded on the idea that renovating a home should not be a stressful experience. With over 40 years of combined experience, founders Andrew and Michael aim to take the burden of juggling tradespeople, sourcing materials, and staying on schedule off their clients' hands. They offer excellent workmanship, fair pricing, and peace of mind, treating each home as if it were their own.
They manage every aspect of projects, including planning permissions, liaising with architects, and coordinating building control for extensions. For kitchens, they offer a complete solution from tailored design plans to final installation, handling plumbing, electrics, and all necessary trades. Similarly, their bathroom renovation service covers design, plumbing, tiling, and finishing touches, aiming to create stylish and practical spaces.
Loft conversions are handled comprehensively, from structural work to electrics and finishing, unlocking the potential of unused attic space.
