West Sussex Estates Partnership Ltd

West Sussex Estates Partnership Limited (WSEP) is a partnership created by the NHS Local Improvement Finance Trust (LIFT), focused on developing and managing primary health and social care property across West Sussex. Projects are procured under the umbrella of the Strategic Partnering Agreement, with priorities determined by a local Strategic Service Development Plan. WSEP offers a range of services including Service Planning, Development, Finance, Service Delivery, Estate Management, and Supply Chain coordination.

They aim to create vibrant and sustainable community hubs, fostering active community participation and contributing to the well-being of individuals. Their mission involves delivering solutions and services beyond expectations through a transparent and collaborative approach. The LIFT model establishes public-private partnerships to provide bespoke facilities, with LIFTCo companies owned jointly by public sector organisations, private sector organisations, and Community Health Partnerships.

WSEP leverages this model to deliver a variety of buildings, from small GP practices to multi-million pound health and social care centres, freeing up the public sector to focus on service strategy and commissioning.
