Since incorporation in 2006, WBIC Developments Ltd has focused on creating desirable properties from unloved spaces. We specialise in small developments of new build houses, typically up to 5 units, and the conversion of commercial properties into self-contained flats. Our renovation services breathe new life into existing buildings.
We have a strong work ethic, aiming to deliver the best possible job by transforming neglected properties into well-thought-out and expertly constructed homes. We are always open to exploring new ideas and methods and welcome discussions about potential areas of common interest. Our portfolio includes the successful construction and completion of 18 new houses and the conversion of 18 disused commercial properties into self-contained flats.
We are actively seeking building plot land in the Hampshire and Wiltshire areas.
