Watts Developments

Watts Developments is a family firm, established in 1980 and run by Gary Watts since 1991. We specialise in bespoke property development, building and renovating homes to the most exacting standards in the North West of England. Our team of highly skilled and experienced tradesmen offer a range of internal and external construction skills, ensuring architectural integrity, authenticity, and exceptional build quality.

We focus on a maximum of two developments at any one time, with a family member always on-site to supervise. Our clients come purely through personal recommendation. We undertake brand-new construction projects, demolition and replacement of existing buildings, property refurbishment, alterations, and house extensions.

We also specialise in barn conversions and the restoration of historic and listed properties, working closely with heritage bodies to achieve absolute authenticity. Our process begins with a consultation to understand client requirements, followed by advising on the best way to achieve their goals. We offer a complete design and build service, managing the process from initial plans through to demolition, site clearance, excavations, foundations, and superstructure construction.

We handle all aspects of interior design and construction, ensuring the property is ready to move into upon completion, with full official certification and approvals.
