Waterways CMS Ltd was formed in 2013, building on a foundation of expertise that began in 2003. Our founder, Mehmet, developed a passion for plumbing and heating after working with solar panels abroad and completing a course at Newham College. He started as a self-employed plumber, gaining clients through estate agents and recommendations.

In 2008, his brother Jon joined, completing an apprenticeship. Mehmet also developed an interest in electrical work, completing a two-year course to gain the necessary qualifications. We pride ourselves on providing a 'Same Day or Next Day' response service for all plumbing, heating, and electrical requirements.

Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality workmanship and reliable service to both residential and commercial clients. We have built a strong portfolio of clients primarily through recommendations, a testament to our commitment to customer satisfaction. Our services cover a wide range of needs, including general plumbing, boiler services, heating system installations and repairs, and all aspects of electrical work.
