WM Building Services was incorporated in 2002 to provide a combined Mechanical and Electrical contracting service for the design and build market. The Director's vision was to create new and unprecedented levels for service and quality. Quality that is remembered and recognised.

Since our inception there have been many changes within the construction industry, WMBS has continually pivoted to market demand and developed our skills and infrastructure to meet the demands of our varied client base. Our vision and continued development have led us to become recognised as one of the market leaders in the industrial construction sector. As the industry progressed into 3D modelling, we made significant investment into an in-house team dedicated to BIM/Revit coordination, enabling us to remain flexible and dynamic when producing fully coordinated designs.
