Veya Homes is a family-owned business based on the outskirts of Bristol, with decades of experience in the construction industry. We specialise in developing sustainable, high-quality homes designed for modern living, championing open-plan, multifunctional spaces with meticulous attention to detail. Our building guidelines and practices draw on the very best craftsmanship, using sustainable materials sourced locally wherever possible.
The in-house Veya workforce ensures every home is impactful, ethically curated, and exceptionally reliable, aiming to create a new benchmark in house building by delivering comfortable, quality homes with sustainability at every step. Our first development, Patch Elm Lane in Rangeworthy, South Gloucestershire, features four unique, sustainable timber-framed homes. These three-bedroom houses, clad in thermally modified ash, offer contemporary open-plan living, modern appliances, and countryside views, built with sustainable materials, fixtures, and fittings.
We are committed to supporting homeowners to live mindfully, with consideration for our environment and the wellbeing of the wider community, setting standards of best practice without costing the earth.
