Ultimate Risk Management Limited, incorporated in 2006, is an occupational Health and Safety consultancy with a specialisation in the scaffolding industry. Founded by Managing Director Mr Derek Henderson (Grad IOSH), who began his career as a scaffolder in 1997, the company leverages extensive industry knowledge and experience. Mr Henderson holds advanced scaffolding, inspection, and supervisor CISRS cards, alongside a NEBOSH in Construction Health and Safety and a Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, making him a Graduate member of IOSH.

The consultancy offers expert health and safety advice to both clients and scaffolding contractors. Services include independent statutory scaffolding inspections, scaffolding handovers, safety inspections, and audits. They aim to ensure compliance with current legislation, such as the Working at Height Regulations 2005, by providing highly skilled and dedicated health and safety consultants and scaffolding inspectors for both onshore and offshore contracts.

Ultimate Risk Management provides comprehensive consultancy services, including the preparation of site-specific safety requirements, updating company policies, assessing scaffolding contractor competency, reviewing risk assessments and method statements, assisting with PQQs and Safety Schemes In Procurement (CHAS, Safecontractor), and accident investigation and reporting. They offer support on a retained service basis or through one-off site visits, ensuring businesses meet their health and safety obligations.
