In this home renovation we took out the old kitchen, knocked through to dinning room, bricked up side door and window form a new downstairs bathroom and take off the old roof fit new roof, installing 3 beams to drop the ceiling in the kitchen.

just recently had a single storey extension built by Wayne and his team, would highly recommend this team as from start to finish they kept us updated on the several stages of the build. each and everyone of the lads where very professional. we even had extra work done to the full downstairs as the standard of work was second to none .
When we decided to demolish and extend our bungalow we contacted an architect and he came and discussed what we wanted and produced our drawings. I had drawn up a very rough plan and we talked about it and he made some suggestions that greatly improved the plan. We then invited various local builders to quote for the job. All of these I obtained via reviews on the internet. Wayne Bursell from Total Improvements came to visit us and spent quite a while discussing what we wanted to achieve.
Amazing conversion of our 1950's dated house into a modern, warm open plan home which we love. workmanship is spot on and Wayne is always there to answer questions. The work was completed on budget and in the time frame. Cannot recommend him enough!
