The brief for this project was to create a multifunctional space that encourages flexible working. We needed to help modernise the space, yet ensure it looked homely. Style wise the client wanted it to be eclectic and eye catching to draw interest from potential clients. This included sourcing lights from a small artisan manufacturer in Texas.
This project had a classically inspired design, incorporating the design ethics from their offices in America, with elements here from the UK. The building was initially very dark, and therefore we had to ensure that the lighting we provided sufficiently lit the space, without dominating the area.
