Our houses are covered by a 10-year structural warranty, with a two-year snagging period. Forty years of experience in the construction industry, encompassing both contracting and property development, has instilled in us the understanding that customer satisfaction must be at the heart of everything we do.
We maintain close contact with new owners for the first twelve months, reaching out quarterly to ensure any snags are dealt with promptly. Experience has shown that issues typically arise within this period, and we are committed to addressing any snagging concerns swiftly when informed by the owner during the second year. We are proud of our heritage and thus protective of its future.
