The company is committed to Oxford North being recognised as an industry leader in delivering on Environmental, Social and Governance charter commitments through the combined expertise and ambition of our partners and suppliers. As well as delivering carbon-efficient, net-zero-ready buildings, the scheme will provide a minimum biodiversity net gain of 5% through onsite and offsite measures and will target a high degree of social impact through education, skills, training and job opportunities. We are creating a low carbon innovation district, employing circular design principles in construction and operation.

We are creating a climate-resilient and biodiverse district, a safe and healthy place that fosters mental health, wellbeing, productivity and innovation. We are improving North Oxford's connectivity through more than £12 million investment in transport and bus services, making access safer and more convenient to pedestrian, cyclist and bus users. We are providing local employment opportunities with a minimum 15% to local Oxfordshire people during construction.
