Repairing steps, patching render and rebuilding brick planters at the side of steps. Work carried out to a very good standard with time taken to match the bricks with existing ones. Due to changing weather step repairs were over a number of days with builder making sure work would not be affected by rainfall.
Leak repair
Attended to a leak over the weekend, identified and fixed the leak. The roof was made watertight within a couple of hours.
Re-roofing and chimney stack removal
Re-roofing and chimney stack removal. The whole job was outstanding from the quality of the scaffolding contractor to the finished job itself. Access to one of the properties amenities was provided and left spotless.
