About from company website
The Man in the Garage LTD specialises in creating bespoke items from reclaimed wood, as well as offering traditional carpentry, joinery, and handyman services. The company's origin story began with a personal project to build a custom enclosure for pets, which led to the discovery of a talent for woodworking. This passion evolved into a business that transforms old wood, from furniture to pallets, into unique, made-to-order pieces.
Services include crafting a variety of items such as tables, game control stands, window boxes, and planters. They also undertake traditional services using new materials, including fitting skirting boards, shelving, and built-in units. Operating from Littlehampton, the company serves a wide area, extending from Southampton to Hastings and up to London, catering to residential clients seeking custom solutions and quality craftsmanship.
