Established in 2010, Templer Construction Management is an estimating, quantity surveying and construction management company based in Plymouth, working throughout the South West. We have extensive commercial construction knowledge and offer services from budget cost estimates through to a full turnkey service including tender bid preparation, construction phase cost management through to final account settlement. Having successfully delivered and constructed our own private developments, we have a strong understanding of development finance, construction contract management and programming.

He has successfully delivered various construction projects both commercial and residential ranging in value from £50k up to £10M+.
