We are building the UK's first bio-innovative property renovation company, creating natural, wall treatments that actively prevent mould, improve air quality, and support the nation's Net-Zero mission. Our proprietary blend of bio-enzymes and mineral-rich sea-shell compounds offers a safer, stronger, and more sustainable solution. We are the first UK renovation company to use a temperature-regulating, anti-mould bio-composite made from cow-dung microfibres and sea-shell calcium.

This natural formula keeps homes warmer, reduces mould, and boosts energy efficiency without costly insulation, while also providing thermal buffering, moisture control, and natural anti-fungal protection. Our process involves buying a property, running a smart moisture and temperature assessment to pinpoint mould triggers and cold zones, restoring and repairing every surface, and modernising kitchens and toilets to ensure the treatment bonds perfectly. We then install our bio-composite layer to stabilise the home's climate and prevent mould.
