Operating from north-east Hampshire, the company primarily serves the south of England, including London, the home counties, and the south coast, with nationwide coverage available upon request. The company's primary service is window sample drilling, utilizing a new Archway Competitor lightweight tracked rig capable of low-impact and remote access.

This rig can achieve depths of up to 10m, perform in-situ testing such as SPT and CPT, and provide detailed logging to BS 5930 standards. Strata Geotech also works closely with its partner company, Thameside Groundworks Site Investigation and Civils, to offer a comprehensive package of ground investigation services, including trial pits, soakaway testing, and external works, all managed through a single point of contact.
