The single-story extension was completed in a timely fashion just in time for the garden to bloom and enjoy the 180-degree view whilst enjoying a glass of vino from the deck above or from the cosy kitchen space.

Built under a RIBA contract, set by the clients Architect, the Stag team converted a nine bedroom Victorian house into two high spec one bedroom flats and a remaining house of four bedrooms. New utilities, meters and supporting of the existing loft conversion, with the removal of chimney stack/internal walls set the footprint for the new flats. Built with modern techniques and materials the new properties are thermally, accoustically and fire rated to the latest standards of building regs. Also a 5% VAT bill was only chargable, based on a government scheme of creating sustainable living spaces, considerable savings and a polished finish.

Working in both the private and commercial sector the Stag team are showing their strengths of craftsmen ship have no limits in any field. Throughout the storms and the winter months we have been 12m up on the cliffs of Bournemouth, facing all of Mother Nature's weather. Completing three luxury Penthouse apartments, full refurbishment of all existing internal areas and finishing the external fabric of the building with a brilliant white render. Taking this job from first stage through to finish has been a rewarding task and we are proud to display a gem of a build tucked away on Stags home turf, the cliff tops of Bournemouth.
Sandbanks, Poole
Mid-Summer 2021, single storey extension creating the UHD view to overlook Brownsea Island and the daily sunset. Turning this dowdy concrete 1950's build into a modern elegant apartment was a lot of fun. Removal of the back end and lowering the ground level achieved a split height viewing area, feature step and a beautiful HD deck to enjoy. A few internal walls removed and installed created the open plan living area, two bedrooms with designed and built furniture and a luxury bathroom to finish. This classy apartment sits well in front of the million-pound view.
