Repair needed to roof above dormer window. Mitch responded to initial phone call immediately and a site visit was arranged for the next day. Communication and standard of work excellent throughout. Thorough repair carried out to defective valleys and ridge. Scaffolding removed promptly shortly after work was completed
Small, but complex extension on a very old cottage
I used Southdowns for a small roofing job 15 years ago and was very happy with that, so went with them for a small, but complex extension on a very old cottage. We were most impressed by Mitch keeping to, and even below, budget, something we have not heard from our friends and their building projects. Mitch was on site almost daily keeping an eye on things and sorting any small issues that arose, as they always do. I will be using Mitch again for sure!
Renovation
Southdowns Builders were an absolute joy to work with from start to finish. Mitch provided a really detailed quote that was competitive. He started our job 2 months early, and finished 3 months earlier than expected! Furthermore, the project remained on budget. His team were very friendly, and mindful of the fact we were living in the property during the renovation with a young child and 2 cats. They always left the job clean, tidy and safe. All of the trades he provided were executed to a very high standard, and he always used top brands for materials. We couldnt rate them higher - thankyou!
