This 28.3 MW solar development, delivered by British Solar Renewables, has been installed to supply clean energy directly to the National Grid. The project features our 2-in-Portrait mounting system, contributing to Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council's efforts to cut greenhouse gas emissions in alignment with both local and national climate objectives, and as part of its Climate Emergency response strategy. A key aspect of the Preston Farm Solar Park is that it will have a significant positive impact on its local environment, delivering biodiversity net gains of 80% in habitat and 39% hedgerows.

This 50 MWp site in Northampton, spanning 81.5 hectares of land, features our Solarport 2-in-Portrait, Piled mounting system. This 82,126-panel solar farm will deliver clean energy to the grid for around 40 years, powering more than 15,000 homes. By using bifacial panels on our mounting system, the installation captures sunlight from both sides generating significantly more electricity than conventional solar technology.

This 49.9 MW solar farm combines our 2-in-Portrait Twin Post mounting system with a piled foundation to deliver renewable energy at scale. Year on year, it is estimated to generate enough low-carbon electricity to power more than 9,000 homes, and save approximately 21,000 tonnes of CO2.
