About from company website
Smiths Heating Solutions Ltd was founded in 2021 by Logan Smith, an ex-Royal Marine with 16 years of experience as a British Gas breakdown engineer. The company specialises in servicing, repairing, and installing gas, LPG, and oil boilers, as well as gas fires and cookers. They are Gas Safe and OFTEC registered, serving domestic and commercial clients across Wiltshire, Bath, and Somerset.
Logan emphasizes transparent pricing with a clear rate card for services like annual boiler servicing, LPG and oil boiler servicing, back boiler and fire servicing, and landlord gas safety certificates. They also offer breakdown diagnostic visits and hourly labour rates for repairs. A heat loss survey service is available before new boiler installations to ensure correct sizing.
The company prides itself on providing a no-nonsense, open, and honest service, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, evidenced by over 140 five-star Google reviews and a 10/10 rating on Checkatrade. Logan's wife, Becky, manages the diary and communications, ensuring direct contact with the customer rather than a call centre.
