Sheffield Housing Company is a joint venture housing and regeneration company, established in 2011. We are owned by Sheffield City Council (50% shareholder), with Keepmoat Homes and Great Places Housing Group (jointly 50% shareholders). We draw on the knowledge and expertise of our partners to deliver housing that will be desirable to residents of Sheffield for generations to come.
Land and strategic housing knowledge is provided by Sheffield City Council, and development, sales, and estate management expertise by our private sector partners.
