Demolished a six-storey cantilever staircase and installed new staircases using a stairmaster system. Scope included constructing a new duplex lift shaft and drainage scheme. Handled glazing, white facing brickwork, blockwork, structural steelwork, and timber floor infills for a two-storey building extension. Completed intumescent painting on the new steelwork and designed and installed temporary works.

Carried out a range of tasks in a grade two listed auditorium. Demolished a four-storey superstructure using a 22-tonne high reach excavator, navigating a live substation and nearby retail units. Responsibilities included piling for external extension areas, underpinning within the existing auditorium, and constructing ground beams and RC slabs. Completed metal decking, reinforcement, and concrete works for the newly suspended upper floor slabs.

Extended and refurbished the building, demolishing the existing fifth floor and constructing new fifth and sixth floors and a rear core. Made internal and external alterations, extended the rear of the building, and completed various tasks, including installing 21 new piles, demolition work, constructing a new basement with underpinning, and implementing temporary works such as façade retention through propping and temporary steelwork. Responsible for timber concrete infills and all builders' work.

Performed structural alterations in reinforced concrete and grade two listed masonry, including designing and installing temporary works. Matched the facing brickwork to the existing grade two masonry. Relocated a 15-tonne grade one listed marble-clad staircase within the building, involving designing custom lifting equipment, installing propping, cutting, lifting, lowering the stair flights onto air skates, moving them to the new location, and lifting them into their final position.

Demolition of existing basement slab and undertaking new below ground drainage and basement slab reinstatement. Reconfigured floorplates throughout the upper floors, requiring infilling of existing openings and formation of new risers. Responsible for blockwork to new lift front entrances as well as installing new steelwork on two lift cores and link bridge to provide additional usable space.

Undertook structural alterations to an existing building. Works included strip out of plant rooms and demolition of existing concrete walls and slabs. Underground drainage involving the construction of a pump chamber approximately 4 metres below slab level, including overcoming ground water. Stitch drilling through concrete walls due to noise restrictions with adjoining properties. Installation of new metal decking, dowel bars, reinforcement, and concrete to provide an additional usable footprint.
